the nation poured in today upon the little homestead in Westbrook, Maine, where Rudy Vallee kept his last vigil. Rudy Vallee was a famous radio broadcaster. “Heigh-Ho, everybody, this is Rudy Vallee and his orchestra, broadcasting from the Heigh-Ho Club”.
There is a picture of Rudy Vallee in a U.S. Navy uniform during World War I and Chapter 3 of an article about him; also a picture of his wife Fay Webb Vallee.
